1. Free Trial

3. Cancellations

Cancel anytime via account settings or billing@kostiak.pro. Effective at end of current billing period. Full access retained until that date. No partial refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.

4. Annual Plans

Full refund available within first 30 days. After 30 days, non-refundable but access continues through the annual period.

5. Downtime Credits

Unplanned downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours entitles you to a prorated credit applied to your next billing cycle. Not redeemable for cash.
